This megaplex has 13 beautiful screens (the most in the west part of town), VIP rooms and two gargantuan 300-seat theaters. There is also a movie themed bar for a drink before the show starts as well as all of Joy City’s shops and restaurants (i.e. Wagas). Only drawback? It’s aimed at a more Chinese audience so not all the Hollywood fare will be in English.

This multiplex in Haidian was once the place to go in Beijing for state-of-the-art cinema technology. Though it lacks a good hang out places and a first-class arcade, it still has one of the city’s only IMAX screens, making it the place for big-budget CGI Hollywood action.
